Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and target potential clients for digital marketing services using research, networking, and outreach (cold calling, emailing, social media).
    • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective leads through consistent follow-ups.
  • Sales Strategy & Client Acquisition:
    • Understand client requirements and craft customized digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.).
    • Develop persuasive sales presentations and proposals to convert prospects into clients.
  • Sales Closing & Negotiation:
    • Lead sales negotiations with confidence, ensuring win-win solutions for both clients and the agency.
    • Close sales deals efficiently by overcoming objections, addressing concerns, and finalizing contracts.
    • Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering them excellent post-sale support.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Market Research & Opportunity Analysis:
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market demands to spot new business opportunities.
    • Provide valuable insights to the team to help refine service offerings based on market feedback.

 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital marketing or a similar industry.
  • Strong ability to close salesdeals and handle contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion
  • Proficiency in negotiationtactics with an understanding of client needs and objections.
  • Problem-solvingabilities to address client concerns and offer actionable solutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple prospects and prioritize effectively.
